Learning to bake as young girls, we were inspired by the passion of our first teachers – Grandma and Mom. With guidance, patience & pride, they helped mold our future by teaching us the art of baking. In time, we discovered we could complement our baking skills by taking them one step further – cake decorating!

We have been enjoying the art of cake decorating for 25 years. Becoming instructors was natural – we were ready to share our skill and passion.
More than 3500 students later, we are still dedicated to our craft.

Logging hours in production and specialty bakeries, culinary schools, training sessions and instructing The Wilton Method has helped shape us into the professionals we are today.

Both Master Cake Decorators, members of The Canadian Cake Decorators Guild and The Canadian Society of Sugar Artistry Inc., we are qualified and eager to teach you.
